HAM SLICES
UPON RECEIPT:
Please refrigerate or freeze ham slices upon receipt.
STORAGE:
Country Ham Slices may be refrigerated unopened for up to 6 weeks, or opened and tightly wrapped for up to 10 days, and still maintain maximum flavor. Tightly wrapped ham slices (do not use aluminum foil) may also be frozen.
HEATING:
Your country ham slices are uncooked. We suggest heating in a frying pan approximately 2-3 minutes per side until fully cooked.
SEASONING:
Country Ham slices are dry cured with salt. No further seasoning is recommended.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS:
Perfect for biscuits, sandwiches, as an accompaniment to a poultry or seafood entrée, or chopped for salads and omelets. Delicious for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
BACON
UPON RECEIPT:
Your smoked bacon ships frozen with dry ice in a recyclable Styrofoam cooler and may arrive frozen or partially thawed. Please refrigerate or re-freeze upon receipt.
THAWING:
If frozen, please thaw overnight in the refrigerator.
STORAGE:
Sliced bacon may be refrigerated for up to 10 days or frozen for up to 3 months, and still maintain maximum flavor.
HEATING:
Skillet Method – Place bacon slices in unheated skillet. Cook slowly over low heat to desired crispness, turning occasionally.
Oven Method – Preheat oven to 400°F. Place bacon slices on a broiler rack or shallow baking pan. Bake 15-17 minutes or to desired crispness.
SEASONING:
No further seasoning is recommended.

Everything goes better with bacon! Delicious for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
BISCUIT MIX
UPON RECEIPT:
Your biscuit mix will ship in a sturdy corrugated box.
STORAGE:
Please store in a cool dry place.
COOKING:
Preheat oven to 450°F. Add approximately ⅔ cup of water to mix and stir using as few strokes as possible to moisten dough. Drop portions of dough onto lightly greased baking pan. Place in oven and cook for 10 to 12 minutes or until done. Yield 10-12 biscuits. Mix can be divided in smaller servings, simply modify amount of water used. Enjoy!

Serve with country ham slices or your favorite jam. Delicious for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
