HEATING:
Cut Sausage into 4 to 6 inch portions. Cook sausage until steaming hot. Cooking times are estimates and may vary slightly. Skillet or Griddle Method – Preheat to Medium 350°F. Place sausage on medium high heat for approximately 5-7 minutes turning frequently to brown evenly. Reduce heat to low. Add 1/2 cup water. Cover and cook 13-15 minutes.
Grill – Place Sausage on preheated grill over medium heat. Grill 14-17 minutes, turning frequently.
Microwave – Place sausage pieces in circular fashion on microwave safe plate. Add two tablespoons of water, cover with plastic wrap; poke two or three holes in plastic wrap to vent.
