Empty contents of bag into a clean mixing bowl. Add 1 cup cold milk to the bowl and mix well until no dry pockets of mix remain. Roll the dough to ½" thickness. Grease biscuit cutter edges and cut out biscuits with the enclosed cutter. Bake at 400°F in a regular oven for 10-14 minutes or until done. Brush with melted butter if desired. Makes 12-16 biscuits.
Serve with country ham slices or your favorite jam. Delicious for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
