Genuine Smithfield Ham Spread

Ingredients:

2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1/2 to 1 cup chopped, cooked Smithfield Ham
1/4 cup finely minced onion
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
1 tablespoon butter
1 cup chopped pecans, or unsalted peanuts (optional)
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 cup chopped pineapple (if a sweeter spread is desired)

Directions:

Mix all ingredients. Serve with crackers or raw vegetables. This may also be used for stuffed mushrooms or cherry tomatoes or as a topping for celery.
