grated milk chocolate
- 1/2

diced fresh fruit, such as strawberries
- 2
tablespoon
heavy cream
- 1/2

powdered sugar or to taste

ricotta cheese
- 12
9-inch crepes

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a medium size bowl until mixture is light and fluffy but still holds its shape. Spoon the mixture down the center of the crepe, roll up and serve dusted with powdered sugar.
