Pot Roast Skins


Ingredients:
  • 1  pkg Fully cooked Quick-N-Easy Beef Pot Roast with Gravy
  • 1  jar barbecue sauce
  •   potato skin shells
  •   crumbled bacon
  •   shredded smoked Gouda cheese
  •   sour cream
  •   chopped green onion
Directions:
Warm chunks or shreds of fully-cooked Quick-N-Easy Beef Pot Roast with Gravy in prepared hickory barbecue sauce. Place pot roast in crisp-fried potato skin shells. Top with crumbled bacon, shredded smoked Gouda cheese, sour cream, and chopped green onion.
