A very elegant dinner ham with a glistening wine glaze for a deeper, richer flavor. The curing, smoking and aging process is the same as the Genuine Smithfield hams - the difference is that after the brown sugar is added, the ham is baked with a mellow wine glaze. Fully cooked with bone in. 10-13 lbs.
