Smoked Pheasant

The Smokehouse turned professional years back when it was introduced to its first ringneck pheasant. We were the first to take these plump, tender birds, cure them and then slowly smoke them the original country way for a table-ready gift that's unusual in taste and thought. Each sumptuous bird weighs approximately 2 lbs. Just open and feast. Order for yourself as well.
