Whole Prosciutto - Boneless

This whole, boneless Prosciutto (also known as Parma Ham), can be thinly sliced to serve as an appetizer as in classic Italian Antipasto, in sandwiches, or as part of a buffet. These 18-20 lb. Whole Hams are imported from Italy where they were dry cured and aged for a minimum of 400 days.
