Smoked Scottish Salmon

A Scottish product of world renown, this salmon is a simple expression of luxury, cured in Scotland and skillfully pre-sliced to a translucent thinness. It is a food of exquisite delight and is to Scotland what our Smithfield Ham is to America. Salmon sides come in a vacuum foil package and should be refrigerated upon receipt. Unwrap for an hour before serving and permit the whole side to breathe at room temperature. An elegant appetizer. Can be frozen. 1 lb.
